When trying to describe a freshly uploaded file, I got an error message saying
"memento to Bachs fugue II.wav :: rename from /freesound/uploads/32572/piano/memento to Bachs fugue II.wav to /freesound/files/17/000017315_7196a86da.wav failed"

I don't know if the file is realy uploaded now, as it has not vanished from the FTP folder...
Hope you kan fix that!
